Our founder Ray started working for a Domino’s Pizza franchisee in October 2011 as a delivery driver. In just a few months, he was promoted to store GM. As a GM, he was able to raise sales by over 200%, as well as turning the store around from losing over $10k every 28 days (that's over $100k per year loss) to making profit every month before being promoted once again to DM, where he was able to replicate these results on a larger scale with a 100% success rate.
He decided that the knowledge and experience gained during this time, while working very closely with the franchisee as his mentor (who has over 25 years in the industry), is an advantage that should be shared with as many pizzerias as possible.
